My Vacation (2008) Pt. 1

Oh, what a nice vacation here in the Philippines, but because of its hot weather, I could'nt imagine that this place is really hot.

First day, I went to my bestfriend's house where we have a conversation, actually my bestfriend and the other one are actually in love with each other, I invite him to go home but he want to stay with her, so I take a nap for about uhm.. 30 mins. then I take a picture with them stealthly because they're watching T.V.. I recognized them the sweetness of each other, then I give them time after that, we went to the internet cafe to play DOTA (Defense of the Ancient) where I lose a game against him. Then we went to SM Clark, where we play arcade games in World of Fun and in Quantum, full of happiness, joy and laughter that I brought. Then we went home to our houses and puyat sessions.


Second day, I went to my friend's house, where I play basketball. At first, they don't recognize me because of my appearance today. We've played a bit basketball and we went to other streets. They said that I'm taller than I arrived last year. Then we talked about something that is related to basketball and finally, we went back home.


Third Day, my niece's birthday, she's very cute actually, all of us joined and celebrated her birthday. Well, my sister said that I don't care about my niece because only a gift, I could'nt give her. I'm shameful of myself then, and I went out to see my friends again. When I came back, I saw my grandmother (at my father's side) and my aunts, uncles and my cousins as well where I saw their PSP, I've forgot to say to you guys that my brother took my PSP at that time. Then I had an idea, I borrowed their PSP, copied their games and paste it in the desktop at my sister's computer, isn't it wonderful?.



Fourth Day and Fifth Day, actually it's my rest time for that day. I played a lot basketball and I fixed my friendster account as usual.

Sixth Day, a swimming party with my family at my father's side. On the third day, my cousin invited me to go to a swimming party, so i'm here then, taking a rest and swimming as usual. Oh my, I don't forget, my grandmother and my aunts told me on that day that I am really tall than before, now that's a workout.

Seventh Day, i'm waiting for my friend on that day and I always play basketball, yeah, right. Then I ate a lot but I didn't gain weight and I did surfing the net actually.

Now lets fast forward to Ninth Day, fiesta at Sta. Ana Pampanga. Now it's my mother's side turn to flip it out. Here we did sing and dance and of course our favorite, play psp. Then the "prusisyon" came and we looked all the saints like St. Nicolas, St. Anne, Our Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Joseph, St. Isidore, St. Bartholomew and many saints who came through us. After the "prusisyon",my uncle, who is a doctor, played the piano, which was a sentimental value to them. He played so many songs that he knew and I sang with him. I tried to play the piano but I can't do it actually. Then my mother, my cousins, my sister and my grandfather went to Arayat to join the Santacruzan. I'm tired at that time. Then we went to my brother's house to bring food and we went home.

Mission Complete

I am happy because I surpassed all the challenges in Citizenship Army Training/C.A.T.

First, I was one of the dumbguards in CAT.. I sometimes salute officers when I saw them..

I always follow instructions and commands when the officers commanded me to do some activities.

Then I became a reserve marshall because of my 2 months of absences..


I am a "dumbest" dumbguard then..

I work harder and harder until I became one of the marshalls, but I did in a bad manner. Then I hurt some of my co-dumbguard's feelings because of my self-centered attitude..

Some kind of.. reaching ones dream in a negatively manner..

I know, I do this not for my own sake, but for happiness to other people..
I think most of the time why I'm not using the value of cooperation and teamwork?

Then in the end I used these values in our everyday "morning-fall in" and "CAT activities"
I was sad after all because of our CAT activities, I lost some of my friends (who are my classmates too..)

On March 17, 2008, our CAT Field Day...

I remember some of my sad memories I've done in CAT.. because I've lost some of my friends..
I know they are deserving in getting one of the positions in CAT..

But I remembered one of my classmates who joined also in CAT said that "do your best and GOD will do the rest"..

I did my best in that time..

I am thankful to the Lord because he gave me strength and power in CAT.. and on our Turn-Over,
I became one of the Senior Officers in CAT..
At last, I am now.. Alpha Company Commander (Cdt./Capt. Pangilinan, Kevin G.)

I am very thankful to Cdt./Col. Lanzon, Kristine Angeli R., our corpse commander in CAT SY. 07-08 .. for giving us learning in CAT..

And CONGRATULATIONS!!! to our new installed officers..

While I'm watching T.V., I've notice the victory of our boxing champion Manny Pacquiao

Their fight happened on March 16, 2008, in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas

He won against the Mexican Boxer, Juan Manuel Marquez via split decision

Both Manny and Juan Manuel got hurt causing laseration near the eye of Juan Manuel and some "hematoma" in Manny's face..

I thought Manny will lose on the first round, but he returned on the following round..

What a nice fight..

A Walk in the Woods ; All About Love

As I walk in the woods, burdens surround me like echoes in the dark. I don't know what to do I thought about the memories I conquered in the past. but none of them worked. One morning, while I am sitting on the bench, I've noticed some vandals written on it, I saw strokes of lines forming a letter "L", I wonder what does it mean. Then, a shadow interrupted my longing search of meaning, I saw a charming lady as dashing as a goddess but what interrupted me most was her emotion I felt like the weight of the world was on her shoulders. I offered her a sit but she declined. I asked her why she was sad. I saw sadness around her and then she cried, she sat beside me. Surprisingly, she looked at me and she felt the burdens I carry in my daily life. She stopped crying at that time and asked me if I have some problems too. I talked to her and I felt her heart while we’re talking about our problems in life. I gave her some of my advices and she smiled. All of a sudden, everything is right in the world because I found the only solution in life and that is love. I think I'm in love with her because of that "spark" I felt during our sweet conversation. one day, I stood near the tree of Narra, the scorching rays of the sun didn't bother me while I thought of her. Then I saw her at sat beside me. We’ve talked about ourselves for hours, we knew each other more and after that day, I realized that I'm in love with her. One day, I asked her if she's free because I want to have a date with her and she accept my request. I treated her to eat and to watch movie. Then after our date, our eyes met and she suddenly kissed me in the cheeks. Full of happiness around me, like flowers sprinkling towards us while she hugged me. The next day, I never stopped thinking of her. I always think that I'm with her. When she's beside me, she always make my day happy. She is the one that always makes me smile, smile that is different from the one that I've experienced before. It's a smile because of love. She always brighten up my day. She let me feel the love I've never had before. It's true love. I think I'm really in love with her. Should I tell her my true feelings for her. But I'm afraid that she would reject me. I'm afraid that it may destroy our relationship as best of friends. I don't know what will happen to me so I hid it first. One day, I saw her with another guy. I feel jealous, and mad at the guy like a piece of glass that I. I don't know what to do. I'm so confused. I wish I had told her my feelings when I had the chance. But all my feelings that I wanted to say to her is gone. Here I found out pity in myself. One day, I was very sad , walking with my companion in the woods, my companion saw her, writing something on the bench. For a few minutes she go away. I wonder if this is true love or its just an infatuation.

Breaking News: Texting is Now A Sin

MANILA, Philippines -- Amid strong hints that government is considering a tax on text messaging to make up for the revenues it will lose if oil taxes are abolished, the telecommunications companies on Thursday chorused their disapproval and claimed that texting was already being sufficiently taxed.

“There is already a tax, the 12 percent VAT, that covers the nominal price of a regular text message, which is P1,” said Smart Communication spokesperson Ramon Isberto.

“We pay a lot of taxes already. There is the franchise tax, corporate tax, overseas communication tax and many others,” said Globe Telecom spokesperson Jones Campos.

“Any additional tax would bring costs up, which would make it harder to deliver quality service at affordable prices. Consider the huge investments to regularly upgrade and expand individual networks,” said Sun Cellular legal chief William Pamintuan.

The telcos are now asking if the new tax is a “sin tax,” which would mean that text messaging has been classified as either a luxury or a vice, like cigarette smoking.

Isberto said Smart considers texting as a basic service, especially for lower-income users to whom cellular calls would be expensive.

About 400 million to 600 million text messages are sent every day..
